ERICA SOUTHWORTH

Erica Southworth is a contractor at Southern Maryland Mental Health.

For the past six years, I have been dedicated to serving individuals of all ages, guiding them through life’s challenges and fostering growth and resilience. My passion is to help others and to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Through this fulfilling career journey, I have worked across various settings and with diverse populations. I continue to seek out opportunities for professional growth so that I can offer comprehensive support to my clients.

Professional Experience

I have been a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 2018 and have been loving every second of this profession since! I also have my master’s degree in School Counseling and have worked at both the private and public high school settings. Through both settings I have gained experience assisting clients of all ages and backgrounds that present various challenges. I am passionate about building relationships with my clients and providing treatment so that they are better able to cope and improve their everyday lives. I hope to support you to improve your overall health and mental wellness.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, going on runs, traveling, and spending time with my family.
